Changing the way human beings navigate critical life transitions.
Whether it's a life transition, a health challenge, or the responsibility of leading others, I help you find the courage to move forward with peace.
This wasn't built in theory.
It was lived first.
Long before I spent more than sixteen years supporting patients and families through their hardest moments, I had already lived through my own.
I have sat with people in hospital rooms, through difficult conversations, and during some of their darkest hours. There, I learned that what truly helps is not theory alone, but presence, values, and practical tools that hold up under real pressure.
Today, all of it lives in RP7™, in the way I coach each person, speak to every audience, and guide every team.

Where RP7™ is Lived

Life rarely unfolds exactly as planned. Grief, divorce, career shifts, and uncertainty can affect every part of it. You don't have to navigate it alone.

A diagnosis affects more than the body. It reaches caregivers too. Whether it's yours or someone you love. You don't have to face it alone.

Leadership can carry a hidden cost. Burnout, sleepless nights, and a mind that never turns off can quietly affect your health. You don't have to carry it alone.
“No matter where we come from or what we face, the human need for peace, clarity,
and connection remains the same.”
Meet Atala
Perhaps you’re here because life changed in ways you never expected. You may be holding everything together while fear, pain, or uncertainty are taking more from you than anyone can see. I know that place well.
I came to the United States as a single mother with my son and two suitcases. He was five years old. The years that followed brought loss, grief, and the pressure of rebuilding while raising him.
In every critical transition, I chose to hold on to a value that helped me move forward with more peace.
Later, during more than sixteen years supporting international patients and families, I saw the same need again and again. Alongside medical care, people needed to feel seen, supported, and at peace.
Those personal and professional experiences became the foundation of RP7™.
No matter the culture, fear is fear, pain is pain, and the need for peace is universal.
